1. Website Usage

By browsing or using the Pixel Pair website you agree to these terms. The site is provided for information about our web design, branding and social media services.

All copy, illustrations, layouts and branding on this site belong to Pixel Pair and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. We may update the site's content, pricing and these terms at any time, so please check back before relying on anything you read here.

2. Service Terms & The £10 Website Preview

Before you commit to a full website build, we create a preview of your site for a one-off £10 charge. This covers our time putting a real, viewable design together so you can see exactly what you would be paying for.

The £10 preview charge is payable up front and is non-refundable once the preview has been produced. The preview remains our property until the full project is agreed and paid for.

• Project work begins once the brief and quote are agreed in writing (email or WhatsApp is fine).
• You provide the text, images and logins we need; delays in receiving these move the timeline.
• Content you supply must be yours to use, and free of anyone else's copyright.
• Monthly social media packages run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
• Ownership of the finished website transfers to you once the final invoice is settled.
• Domains, hosting and paid tools are charged at cost and remain in your name.

3. Consultation Scope

Your first consultation is free. We can meet in person anywhere within 25 miles of Northampton, or talk over Zoom or WhatsApp if that suits you better.

In-person visits outside the 25-mile radius may be possible, but we will agree any travel costs with you beforehand. Consultations are for scoping your project — recommendations shared in a consultation are advice, not a fixed quote, until confirmed in writing.

4. Enquiries & Response Expectations

Our enquiry form, email and WhatsApp are open 24/7, and we reply as soon as we possibly can. As a two-person team we cannot guarantee a fixed response time, though most enquiries hear back from us within 24 hours.

Enquiries sent through the form are emailed to enquiries@pixelpair.co.uk and used only to answer you and deliver our services. We never sell or share your details.

5. Payments, Liability & Governing Law

Invoices are due within 14 days unless we have agreed something different with you. We may pause work on overdue accounts.

We take real care with every project, but we cannot be held liable for lost profits or indirect losses arising from your website, third-party platforms or hosting outages outside our control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
